2.1 Modification to The Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Masterclass.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting the modified Terms on the Website Page. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2.3 Refunds
2.3.1 Online Masterclasses: The purchase of online masterclasses is non-refundable. Once you have accessed and watched the content, a refund will not be applicable. Please ensure that you carefully review the course details and make an informed decision before making a purchase.
2.3.2 Foamiran Material: After the shipment of foamiran material, a refund is not applicable.
3. Account Registration

4. Online Masterclasses
4.1 Access and Duration
Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the online masterclasses through your personal account. Access to the masterclasses will be available for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. After this period, your access may be terminated, and you will no longer be able to view the masterclass content until you purchase it again.
4.2 Usage Restrictions
Your access to the online masterclasses is personal to you, and you shall not share, transfer, or sublicense your account or the masterclass content to any third party.
4.3 Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of the online masterclasses, including but not limited to videos, written content, and instructional materials, are the exclusive property of Giant Flowers Australia and are protected by intellectual property laws and regulations. By participating in the Masterclasses, you agree that you will not film, record, or otherwise reproduce any such materials, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of Giant Flowers Australia. Furthermore, you agree that you will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any of the information, knowledge, or techniques that you learn during the Masterclasses to any third party, or release such information to the public, without the prior written consent of Giant Flowers Australia. You acknowledge that any breach of this clause may result in irreparable harm to Giant Flowers Australia, and that we may seek injunctive relief, as well as any other remedies available at law or in equity, to prevent or remedy any such breach.
5. Foamiran Material Purchase and Delivery
5.1 Order Confirmation
When ordering foamiran material, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information regarding the quantity and delivery details. The total amount payable, including taxes and shipping costs, will be confirmed at the checkout.
5.2 Delivery Timeframe
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the foamiran material within 10 to 40 days from the date of your order, depending on the delivery address. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
5.3 Tracking Information
After the purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 5 working days when the product has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update and may not be available immediately upon receipt of the tracking number.

5.4 Product Inspection
Upon receiving the foamiran material, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any damage or defects. We guarantee that the foamiran material provided will be of high quality. However, please note that any damage that may occur during the delivery process is beyond our control, and we do not take responsibility for such damages.
5.5 Ownership and Risk of Loss
The ownership and risk of loss for the foamiran material pass to you upon delivery. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the products after delivery.
